Mental health
We provide mental health support for people with diagnosed mental illnesses. Our goal is to help people live as fully and independently as possible.
We provide a variety of support services, including medication management, psychotherapy, case management, peer support programs, and assistance in navigating the complex mental health system.
Personal Care
Operating according to your daily schedules and ensuring that support is personalised to your particular needs, a qualified professional or support worker provides you with discreet and professional personal care in the way that is most comfortable.
In particular, when it comes to personal care, we believe in the value of quality service and the same familiar faces.
Live in care
Our Live-in carers are specially trained, and the majority of live-in carers are registered nurses who specialise in care for people who have long term illnesses or disabilities which need support and monitoring. A live-in carer has the same level of training as a nurse, but with additional training to help them understand what it is like to be in someone’s home on a daily basis.
A live-in carer will be skilled in carrying out personal tasks such as getting up and down from beds, chairs and commodes. They will also be trained to give personal hygiene assistance and mobility support. They can also help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry. When you live with a live-in career, they will generally be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
End of life
End of life care is a sensitive subject for many people. The thought of being in our final days, with all the energy drained from us and only a few weeks or months left to live, can be terrifying.
This can be very challenging for families caring for their terminally ill loved ones at home. To help with this burden The most important thing someone needs in this situation is emotional support and care. We don’t just mean a shoulder to cry on—we mean the whole package. We will support your loved ones with everyday tasks like transportation, personal care, meals, and laundry; they need emotional support from friends and family; and they need help communicating their wishes about end-of-life care and making sure those wishes are followed.
